I can't see that being done on an iPhone - especially since there are much better cameras around.
Acftually - click on 'Stitcher notes: view' and you get:

Pretty amazing shot of an F18 causing a sonic boom -

I've seen some of that street art before and it is amazing. I'm not sure about that though, it looks more like photo shopped, not painted onto the road? Look at the curb bottom right of the second picture, it's just not there...
