Default Upgrade Advice

This is my file server PC. I built it a year or two ago for around 200, so I've never been surprised it's a little laggy. But, it really is quite slow. What do you think the weak link is?

So, it has 2gig, but I guess it's just too slow?

If its a File Server then it'll be the RAM along with the CPU that will be slowing it down.

I think I mentioned before, but what about a NAS?
