It's gonna be VERY busy between the end of August and the middle of november... I mainly use my xbox for gaming nowadays but the release schedule is huge!

to add a couple to your list, Gears of War 3 in September, and MW3 which is Nov 8 (3 days before the best game in the world ever Skyrim), I'll also end up buying the new Fifa & Madden games as always so August to November is gonna be busy, the new Assasins Creed is currently scheduled for Nov 15, so I'm super glad they seem to of dropped Mass Effect 3 back or I'd never go outside again...

Amen to that! BF3 will kick CoD out the park this time around. There is only so much you can do when running around on foot.

For multiplayer I agree, Battlefield is better, battlefield 3 will blow mw3 out of the water.. but for single player, i dont know why but battlefields single player never seems that great.

For me the games im waiting for and in most cases have preordered already are:

RAGE (7th October)
Might and Magic: Heroes VI (13th October)
Stronghold 3 (18th October)
Batman Arkham City (21st October)
Battlefield 3 (multiplayer - 28th October)
Modern Warare 3 (singleplayer - 8th November)
Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (11th November)
Saints Row 3 (18th November)

TBA and next year will be waiting for:
Diablo 3
Mass Effect 3
Aliens Colonial Marines
Borderlands 2
Bioshock Infinite
Hitman Absolution
Salem.

The end of this year is shapping up for a good gaming time, and next year will have some good titles, plus no doubt many more franchise titles to enjoy.

Because they really don't care about single player... good! Just make the best ever multiplayer.
