Default Steam Sale

Steam have a pretty amazing sale going right now, check out some of the bargains -

Far Cry 2: Fortune's Edition - 9.99

Champions Online - 12.49

Grid - 3.74

THQ Pack - 26.49

http://store.steampowered.com/early-holiday

24 hours of the sale left!

I might take a punt on Grid at that price. I seem to remember playing it and not liking it all that much, but maybe it deserves another go at under 4?

Far Cry 2 looks tempting.

I think I'll get GRID for 3.74.

I spotted this and thought I would let people know, but you got here first

I bought it last night, it's definitely worth 3.70.

I tried using my steering wheel and it's almost impossible, but with the arrow keys it's pretty cool.

Maybe we can get together for a race at somepoint?

Probably not worth it - I think I have only managed to finish one race so far it's a little too realistic.

Maybe I should get some practice in with my Berlingo...

Medievel II Total War for 2.49

http://store.steampowered.com/app/4700/

Even though I have the boxed version, I'm tempted to buy this, just cause Steam is so much simpler to use. No reinstalling if I have to reinstall my PC for example...

is it any good this game, i have never been that into or that good at these war games, but 2.49 and my weekly addiction to steam will be sated for a bit.

Damn, I was just heading to buy Total War and I missed it

I see CSS is only 3.50, but who doesn't have that.

I also see Civ III is only 2.99. I'm kinda tempted by that, as I remember you can get rather engulfed in the Civ games. Mind you, looking at the screenies it just makes me think it's a slightly poorer version of Total War... maybe I'll just install that from my DVD version.

Yes - there are loads of bargains, thanks for the tip-off, I've picked up GTAIV, evil genius and Defense Grid for under 10.
